Our commitment
SkeeshEnt wants everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we are doing
- Adding descriptive alternative text to product and marketing images
- Keeping colour contrast between text and background at accessible levels
- Making sure forms, menus, and buttons can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone
- Using clear, descriptive labels on buttons and links instead of vague text
- Providing visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are
- Allowing any moving or auto-advancing content to be paused
Known limitations
Parts of the store rely on third-party tools and embedded content that we do not fully control, and some older product images may not yet have complete alternative text. We are working through these.
In-store accessibility
Our New Orleans and Baton Rouge retail locations welcome customers with disabilities. If you need assistance during a visit or with an in-store pickup, contact us ahead of time and we will make arrangements.
